This site is run by Christopher Ciprian, trading as Fat Loss Cheat Code, in Florida, United States. This page explains exactly what happens to your information. It is short because the site does very little with it.
The short version. The only thing this site asks for is your email address, and only if you type it in yourself. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising. Your email address is never sold, rented or traded.
What is collected
Your email address, if and only if you enter it into the form to request the book. Nothing else is asked for. There is no account to create and no password to set.
Standard server records. Like nearly every website, the server that delivers these pages keeps routine logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are generated automatically by the hosting provider and are used for security and troubleshooting.
What is not collected
- No cookies are set by this site.
- No analytics of any kind. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, and no visitor tracking.
- No advertising networks and no retargeting.
- Nothing is stored in your browser.
- No payment information is handled on this site.
How your email address is used
To send you the copy of the book you asked for, and occasionally to tell you when a new installment in the series is released. That is the entire purpose.
You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by writing to the address below. Leaving is immediate and permanent, and you do not have to give a reason.
Who else is involved
Three services touch your data, and no others.
- Hostinger hosts this website and delivers these pages to your browser.
- Hostinger Reach provides the signup form itself, stores the email list and sends the emails. The form loads a small script from Hostinger and is protected against spam submissions by Cloudflare, which means both receive your IP address when the page loads.
- Google Fonts supplies the two typefaces used on this site. Loading them means Google receives your IP address. Google Fonts sets no cookies and does not use the request for advertising.
How long it is kept
Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted, at which point it is removed from the list. Server logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider under its own retention schedule.
Your choices
Whatever jurisdiction you are in, you may ask to:
- See what information is held about you.
- Have it corrected if it is wrong.
- Have it deleted entirely.
- Stop receiving email.
Write to the address below and it will be handled. Requests are honored regardless of where you live, rather than only where the law requires it.
Children
This site is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from children. If you believe a child has submitted an email address, write to the address below and it will be removed.
Security, honestly stated
Your connection to this site is encrypted, and the email list is held inside Hostinger Reach under its own security. No system is perfect, and nobody can promise otherwise, so this page will not pretend to.
Changes to this page
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting how your email address is used will be announced by email before they take effect.
